Every Orphan, His Child

Even though the estimated 147 million orphans are nameless and faceless to most people (the true number is probably millions higher, but there is no way of counting them all), that does not change the fact that every single orphan is a precious child of God. He knows their name. He knows every detail about them, from how many hairs are on their head to how many breaths they have taken. And it is not His perfect will that any one of them grow up without a family.

A religion that is pure and stainless according to God the Father is this: to take care of orphans and widows who are suffering, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. James 1:27, ISV
